Travel Creationz reserves the right to cancel non-paid provisional bookings at our discretion should the terms of this booking not be adhered to.
After your booking has been confirmed and paid for, any amendments will be done subject to availability, and a minimum Change Fee of R550 will be charged for each amendment. Should there be a difference in fare/rate for the new dates/booking, the client will be liable for these payments.

Travel Creationz accepts no responsibility for accidents, loss, damage, delay, and expenses arising from acts of God, COVID-19 restrictions, wars, strikes, weather, irregularity, government restrictions or regulations, WATER & POWER restrictions/failures, and any other cause over which it has no control.
We accept Credit Card payments – Visa/Master
No refunds will be granted for non-arrival or early departures, due to whatever reason.
Clients/Travellers are responsible for their own Passports, Visas, Vaccinations, and COVID-19 Tests.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended when travelling, and in many countries/areas compulsory. Please ask your Agent for a quote on Travel Insurance for your party.
